GETTING TO VOLOS

Flying to Volos airport

Volos airport lies just 30 minutes from the port of Volos.

New for 2018, Easyjet flights to Volos. Easyjet have flights from London Gatwick to Volos airport on Wednesdays and Saturdays starting on June 27th. The final flight is on September 1st.

 

Charter Flights.co.uk have flights from London Gatwick on Fridays, during the summer months.

You can also fly from Italy, Germany and Holland.

Other airlines that regularly fly to Volos are: Small Planet, Germania and Austrian.

Flying to Thessaloniki airport

Thessaloniki has regular flights from the UK, leaving from; London, Manchester, Bristol and Nottingham.

There are also regular flights from all major European airports.

Transfers to Volos

By bus: a short taxi ride to the Ktel bus station

Take a taxi from the airport to the bus station making sure to get the right station for buses to Volos: Athens-Liosia Station (Rikaki 6).
